Tom Ruse

Tom Ruse is responsible for all placements of specialists in General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Orthopaedics.

Tom Ruse has six years experience in Medical Recruitment and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of NSW. In addition Tom has completed a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management and a Certificate IV in Business (Employment Services).

Prior to commencing at On Call Locums Tom was employed in the Finance sector  and  spent  time working in both London and Sydney offices.

Tom is married with three children and is an avid Rugby fan!

Sophy Tabachnik

Sophy Tabachnik is responsible for all specialist placements in Medicine and Paediatrics.

Sophy has worked in Medical Recruitment for 4 years and holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree.

Outside of work, Sophy loves to spend time with her family, watch foreign films, travel overseas and be outdoors.
